Privacy Policy

Kreativloops Software Development Services, a sole proprietorship registered with the Philippine DTI (BNRS No. 8239393), is the personal information controller for this website. You can reach us at kreativloops@gmail.com.

Only two things, and only when you choose to give them.

• When you contact us or save a preview: your name, email address, phone number, business name and whatever you write in the message. You type these; we do not obtain them anywhere else.
• When you use the preview builder: the description you type, so the preview can be generated from it.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, government ID numbers, financial account details, health information, or anything else in the sensitive personal information category under RA 10173. Please do not send them.

This site keeps a small amount of information in your own browser so it can remember what you were doing. It stays on your device, is readable only by this site, and is not sent to us: your recent previews and the last one you opened, how many previews you have generated, whether you have unlocked more, your cookie choice, and whether the workspace sidebar was open.

Clearing your browser data for this site removes all of it, and nothing breaks except that the site forgets you were here.

Under Section 12 of RA 10173, we rely on your consent when you send us a message or save a preview, and on legitimate interests for keeping a record of enquiries so we can answer them and account for our own work. We do not process personal data for automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. It is shared only with the service providers that make the site work, and only to the extent they need it: our hosting provider, our email provider, and the AI provider that generates a preview from the description you type. Each acts on our instructions as a personal information processor.

We will disclose information where a Philippine law, court or regulator requires it, and we will tell you when we are permitted to.

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up a conversation you restart, then deleted. Anything held in your own browser lasts until you clear it. If you would rather we deleted your enquiry sooner, ask and we will.

RA 10173 gives you the right to be informed, to object, to access what we hold, to have it corrected, to have it erased or blocked, to be compensated for damage caused by false or unlawfully obtained data, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to kreativloops@gmail.com and we will act on it.

If you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to us first, and to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph either way.

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit, access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it, and we keep as little as we can, because data not collected cannot leak. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever puts your information at real risk, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as RA 10173 requires.

This site is meant for people running or starting a business and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

When this policy changes we will change the date at the top of the page. That date is set by hand when the text is actually edited, so it means what it says.
