This website is operated by Kreativloops Software Development Services, a sole proprietorship registered with the Philippine DTI under BNRS No. 8239393, together with Waevpoint Aerial Photography Services for aerial work. Contact: kreativloops@gmail.com.

You are welcome to browse, read and share anything here, including for commercial purposes such as evaluating us for a project. What you may not do is copy the site’s design, code or written content to pass off as your own, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to do anything unlawful.

The Imagine preview builder generates a design prototype from a description you type. Three things about it are worth stating plainly.

• A preview is a design mockup, not software. It is not a working application, it holds no real data, and it is not fit to run a business on. Building the real thing is a separate, paid engagement.
• It is generated by AI and may be wrong. Output can be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for your situation. Check anything before you act on it. Nothing it produces is professional advice of any kind.
• What you type stays yours. What it generates, you may use. We claim no ownership of your description or your business idea. You may use, share and adapt the preview it produces. Previews carry a Kreativloops mark, and we ask that you leave it in place when you share one.

Free use is limited to a set number of previews. We may change that limit, or withdraw the feature, without notice.

Project pages describe systems built for real clients and shown with their permission. Client names, logos and screenshots belong to those clients, not to us, and nothing here grants you a licence to use them.

Ownership of anything we build for you is set by your project agreement. As a rule we hand over what the project produced, and we keep the reusable tooling and methods underneath it. That is written down per project rather than assumed from this page.

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any statement on it will still be current when you read it. Prices, timelines and capabilities described here are indicative and become binding only in a signed proposal.

To the extent Philippine law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or of a generated preview, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Some pages link to live client systems and to third party services. We do not control those and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute is subject to the courts of the City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

We may revise these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes with them. That date is set by hand when the text is actually edited, so it means what it says. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
